Neal Gompa a11d3330d3 root: Drop /etc/sysconfig/kernel file 
A useful default /etc/sysconfig/kernel is now shipped as part of
grubby as of grubby-8.40-86, so this is not needed.

Neal Gompa 11e6913afa root/etc/fstab.script: Drop SELinux labeling workaround 
This has been fixed properly with kiwi 9.25.21.
